New cards pop up in Design Space

September 22, 2021

More new content now available in Design Space.

Pop up designs add some extra WOW to your greeting cards. With 11 new designs to choose from, celebrating with your own personalized pop-up card — all included with Cricut Access subscriptions.

Want to add a personal note, but don’t like your handwriting? We’ve got a solution for you. Just type your note into Design Space and let Cricut write it perfectly for you using the Pen Draw operation.

Just click on “text” in the Design Space canvas, then click on the Font drop down. We recommend selecting the “Writing” option from the Filters dropdown in the upper right-hand corner before selecting your font.

Make sure to change the Operation from Basic Cut to Pen Draw, then change the font style from Regular to Writing for that handwritten look.

Insert a Cricut pen or marker into the tool clamp, and watch it go. Pro-tip: Try scribbling on a scrap piece of paper with the pen first to get the ink flowing.

New to Cricut? These pop-up card designs are set up with instructions to help even the most beginner-level crafter along the way. Your first paper craft project may take some time, but you’ll be amazed at how easily it gets the more you do it. Plus, the person you give it to will love that how good it looks.

We want to see what you make. Be sure to share your pop-up designs with us using #cricutmade on social.
